I got these as my first pair of clipless shoes. Initially my toes went numb, I changed the insole and that helped but didn't eliminate it. The tongue of the shoe has always fallen forward in the shoe and need to be pulled back up but this is rather difficult to be constantly pulling the tongue back up so it doesn't cut into the front of my ankle. They're decent shoes for the price and if you're riding less than 10 miles a ride they're usable. Anything longer, invest more in a pair of biking shoes. These are NOT comfortable for any distance riding.
