Very comfortable. I Would like a little more arch support for me though.I can only speak from my own personal experience. These shoes are very comfortable and they fit perfectly right out of the box. They are very well made. You will not find any stitching or scenes inside the shoe that could irritate your foot everything is neatly sewn in place. In addition the shoes I bought Patrick are Lined with kid glove soft leather. the inserts are very comfortable although I may have a pair of custom orthotics made to replace them. the shoes are also very deep and roomy and if they are to Rumi there is a flat insert two add to the height of the original insert so that the shoes fit better. I live in South Florida and usually wear sandals but my ankles cannot take them anymore these shoes corrected my step and my ankle no longer hurts. they are really top quality shoes and a bit expensive at $139 but I could easily see them costing twice as much. and one last thing the extra wide size is perfect for my feet. I have a lot of trouble finding wIde shoes . dr. Comfort shoes are perfect for people that need to wear water shoes period I would recommend them that has had a hard time finding comfortable shoes in your size if you require an extra wide shoeUnfortunately, these didn't fit me. I have a hard time with fitting, but the other pair of Dr's were perfect ! The service from this company really IS a great selling point. After breaking in, they are great.I have an extremely wide foot and thought I would try these. Got them because they looked like a normal pair of shoes and not some orthopedic shoe. This was very important since I'm still in my very active 30's and didn't want to look like I had medical shoes on my feet. Needed a nice looking shoe for the rare times I dress up for my wife or take the kids to church. In fact I had these on last night for my 20 year Highschool reunion. Had them on from 5pm until about 3 am and my feet never hurt or got tired. They feel a bit on the large side but maybe that's just because I have never had a shoe that wasn't too narrow? Yes I would recommend these.My husband likes his shoes very much. Thank you....My feet have hurt for two years. They don't hurt with this shoe. I have ordered two more pair. Expensive? Maybe but what price comfort?
